Personality: John is quite the little prankster. He likes absurd props, such as his crazy glasses disguise he used in an attempt to get passed his father. Of course, it didn't work, but John was sure going to try it because he was sick of all the cake he had consumed on his birthday. God, he hates Betty Crocker products. He also enjoys setting 'traps' for his friends, like when he put a bucket full of Gushers above Rose's door. John seems to always make some sort of joke here and there, particularly using light sarcasm or irony. John is also quite gullible, listening to nearly anything someone tells him, without even needing a proper explanation. At one point, Terezi was playing a 'prank' on him that would have gotten him killed in another timeline. The only way to get him to stop was when Dave came back from that timeline and told him what happened. Along with being gullible, John is also quite naïve. This is especially true when he’s around Vriska. Despite all of the terrible things that she has done, he still cares for her a great deal. He tends to be quite nice and polite to most people. She even made him fall asleep twice against his own will. The first time this happened, John was unable to get Jade into the game, which could have caused her to die, so Dave ended up helping her. The second time John fell asleep he was stabbed, but woke up and had his God Tier abilities. Even after all of this, he still remained close to her because he knew that she had good intentions, but just had a sneaky way of going about it. Even Karkat said that she was dangerous and he didn’t really pay any mind to him. John is also a rather nice guy. He tries to be culturally sensitive around the trolls, especially when they spy a bucket in his room. Buckets are considered “not safe for work” with the trolls, and he tries his hardest to make sure any buckets are hidden from sight. He also tries to understand where Vriska is coming from when she vents to him about killing Tavros. John is very accepting to still want to be friends with her after hearing that she had murdered so many trolls, but he just wants to see the better sides of others. When he and his friends began playing Sburb, meteors began falling from the sky, so they had to quickly get into the game to survive. They eventually found out that the purpose of playing the game was to save not only their own universe, but the universe of the trolls that they would soon befriend. John, being the leader of his game’s session, wants to somehow beat the game unscathed and he tries to keep a positive attitude about the situation. During the game, John has experienced a number of upsetting things, such as being separated from his father and seeing his best friends die in alternate, doomed timelines. Even if they were alive and well in his own timeline, it was still something very disturbing for a thirteen year old to see. Since being in the game for quite a while, he has become generally more accepting of the trolls and general bizarre things that happen to him or around him. The game is, after all, a reality bending game, and strange things are bound to happen, so why bother freaking out about them? He definitely is not as easy to upset since the beginning of the game.
Powers: Once he got to the God Tier level, he gained the title of Heir of Breath. This gives him power over the wind. He is able to float and fly, as well as pick a car up and push it through the sky with the wind. Upon arrival, his powers will be brought down a few notches, however, and he will only be able to make a small breeze that is probably only strong enough to push a still ceiling fan around. He’s also quite skilled at using a hammer, which is his weapon of choice Appearance:http://images.wikia.com/paradisa/images/5/5d/Johnsrsbznz.png
